Shipment Inspection Method FABRITEX Export Corp use the Military Standard 105E (single sampling plan) General Inspection Level II for visual inspections. The selection of sample size for inspections is based on the lot size and the specified Acceptable Quality Level (AQL). All Retail and Hospitality products are inspected at AQL 2.5 for major and minor defects (Table 1). All Institutional products are inspected at AQL 2.5 or 4.0 for major and minor defects (Table 1). Depending on the product quality. The number of cartons / bales selected for inspection is determined by taking the square root of the total cartons / bales submitted for the audit. The sample size for inspection is determined from the total cartons / bales submitted. The samples are selected from the cartons / bales determined from the square root result.
